surely they can tell by the amount of Ephedrine in his blood, if he was taking it to enhance his performance he must have had more than a couple of teaspoons of cough mixture.

Still stupid rules especially if the Doctor doing the testing has the chance to make or break your career such as Dr Don Catlin re: Alain baxter comment.
