I am pretty sure if he REALLY wanted to be there he would have travelled no matter what.
So he could not have been advised by the medical team not to travel?

Oh FFS, the point is he is the captain of the team so he should be there to show support and be loyal to the club as a captain does, do you think john terry was injuried he wouldnt be at the stadium to support england, of course he wouldnt be fecking shopping in B&Q with a dislocated slouder,So he could not have been advised by the medical team not to travel?

if the medical team told him not to travel WTF is he doing in B&Q thats way more dangerous then travelling to a game in plymouth

But he could go shopping around B & Q, come on Cleefox, I ain't saying Paddy was a tosser but he was captain of a side that massively underperformed and were criticised about their lack of passion and commitment.
IMO he was another Dublin, a lot of his "Passion" was displayed on the pitch for the benefit of the fans, if he really, truly cared he would have been in the stands cheering the boys on, but of course that would have gone unnoticed by most supporters.
I am not saying I am pleased to see him go, but neither am I too disappointed especially at 650k. We have been shite for three seasons and Paddy has been a big part of that squad lets not forget that, and the same can be said for the rest of the squad, hence why IMO they could all be told to feck off and I would feel no sadness.
As Captain I would have expected a lot more 'leadership' displayed on the pitch, and a lot more obvious support for the team etc off the pitch.
Half the arguments for Beckham getting back in the England team were not for the free kicks but for his effect on the rest of the team. PM never had such an effect.
lets look on the bright side, he plays agaist us on the final day at walkers, leicester and charlton level on points only one team can go throught with one auto promotion left, PK gives away a penalty in the last minute of the game, gets a red card, we go up and charlton stay in the championship..good move MA
took a while but least someone spotted it well done :icon_lol:We selling Kisnorbo to Charlton as well now! :icon_roll

yeah feck off its always a better day when you aint on hereWhat, that you are retarded? I actually noticed it quite some time ago.
I'm going back to bed.
£650K for him was a piece of good business. TBH I am not really bothered if he stayed or went, a very over rated player. Lets hope there are a few more going soon.
I still need to be convinced as to renew my ST for next season.
just do it you know you want too :icon_bigg:icon_wink doing ours on the 13th
I have the last few seasons still in my mind. I think I will need a visit to a shrink to get the experience out of my head
No need for a shrink, just look at all the optinistic posts on here. :icon_bigg :icon_wink
