Sounded like we never showed up for the game today. Slide all the way back down to 16th and 9 points off relegation



For the first time, I'm really thinking we need to get rid of Kelly before the start of next season.
No point in getting rid now though if there is not a replacement, so I expect him to stay until the summer. He clearly has no idea how to change a game if things aren't going right though, which they rarely are to begin with.

Rather lose 5-0 to a team that deserved to win, most games we have lost this season were there for the taking, including today as Palace didn't sound that impressive.

Same pattern as last season as I predicted. Get in danger, play well to get out of danger, sit back and play crap for the remainder.

Rob Kelly is a clueless fukwit, and I'm interested to hear what those who think the sun shines out of his arse think about this.

The MM effect is starting to wear off and there's nothing RK can do to hide it

If he is going to go they need to do it quite quickly. Someone else needs to come in and try and motivate the players. He can then get of players that aren't doing well and put into place a proper training regime. A new manager needs a bit more thime than just the closed season.

Lack of self belief.............. due to a manager who is too inexperienced and too rigid in his formations and unable too change the course of a game with tactical substitutions to provide a bit of guile when needed in other words INEPT

Exactly, the new manager needs to know who he is getting rid of. But, knowing these feckers, the new manager will come in and they'll start to play well again.

The only time these players are motivated enough to play football is if they think they are losing their jobs.

Sooner we can get a new man in the better, but at the same time I don't want us just to rush and get anyone, I'd rather we waited for the right man and he has less time to prepare for the new season, than getting someone in just because they're available now.

we need to be looking now in depth, so that when the season ends we can **** Kelly off and give a new man a whole pre season.

New man coming in with new targets who has no friendship with any of these ****wit players and doesnt feel the need to play them incase they come good.

Plus i dont want Kelly incharge of pre season, he managed to **** that up last time.

I don't think he'll say "I'm angry, I'm pissed off, I'm furious" or anything the like

I think he'll say he's disappointed but we were up against a good Palace team and it just goes to show how much work needs to be done to be competitive in this leage.
