My cat is not very well, taking her to the vets, does anyone have any experience with pet insurance, I am covered, b ut not sure how it works. Any help would be appreciated.

Call your insurance company, they will explain everything you need to do.

Good luck with your cat.

I have insurance to but never made a claim. I think that you have to pay it up front then send the receipts with a claim from to claim it back but I may be wrong. Not very helpful sorry.

Whats the problem with your cat?

correct

I rang them, they said sometimes they will settle the bill directly with the vet.
when we claimed for our dog when he swallowed the postman we kept receipts and sent them in with a form, got our money back a few weeks later :102:

you still have to send the insurer your excess if they settle direct.
