Very pleased with the first leg arrangements, I think the system is fair and correct, just hope that the away leg arrangements are done fairly and on priority.

Edit - Just seen the bottom of the website.

I like how they've just diverted straight to ticket master.

Avoiding any responsibility for what will eventually become a shambles.

Not to mention this very helpful method of selling the away leg tickets

It is envisaged that Priority 1 Season Ticket Holders will be able to purchase, in person, from the Main Ticket Office only, on THURSDAY MAY 6. Priority 2 Season Ticket Holders will be able to purchase, in person, from the Main Ticket Office only, on FRIDAY MAY 7.

I've been to 15 away games this season and every home game, but I live near South Birmingham. I also have a university exam on the 10th of may, the first of 7. So I'll have to make a 100 mile round trip to the ground, que for hours when I should be revising, effectively taking up half a day minimum. Thanks for that ticket office.:098:

The number of away games you have been to this season is irrelevant. Your priority for the away leg is based on the number of away games you went to last season.

I don't think he's complaining about the priority, but the fact that they can only be bought in person at the ticket office.

Will you be making a special trip to Leicester to buy your ticket for the away leg?

I remember doing that for the 2000 final, had a hangover, concussion and a massive cut across my forehead. After being dizzy and sick quite a bit I eventually got my tickets. Something that I would only do for a final, not a semi-final

If he hasn't got P1 or P2 from last season, he won't have to.

It will not be necessary. I have an agent.

I suspect that you will struggle to get an away ticket. SHould be ok for a home one depending on how many tickets STHs are allowed to buy.

If we assume an allocation of 36,000 for the final (what Reading would have had last year if they'd got through), then assuming that each STH is only allowed 1 ticket I would have thought that members would be ok.
The pricing of the tickets for the final could be a factor, ie. You may well get a ticket for the final but may have to pay £100 for it.

Just my opinion though, could be different come the day.

How likely is it that STH 's would be allowed to purchase say one additional ticket each for the final?

I'm pretty sure he has P1 or P2.

Your absolutely right Jeff, I do!

I hope the ticket office are reasonable and just post them to me. Otherwise I'll have to leave at 7.30am and fight the rush hour traffic on the m42 & m6 just to get there for 9 am, at which point I'll probably have to wait another hour to get inside the ticket office.

Not to mention the £25 this will cost in petrol.

Get an agent.

Tickets are on sale from 9 am on Weds for STH on line and phone only. Thurs from Ticket Office followed by members on Saturday. Mon + Tues for those that have the 3 ticket stubs and general sale next weds.

Memberships are closed as of now.

 not able to log on to the lcfc site at work and now I've missed out.

£25 For a 100 mile round trip?

I was going to say something about that myself. But wondered if I was oblivious to the fact I've been paying £100 in petrol for every home game

Needless to say that if there is a very kind old soul out there who would like to purchase an away ticket for their favourite old friend, homer, then be assured that he would be eternally grateful......

I actually wish that was a lie. It is sadly not.

22 miles per gallon is what I generally achieve. Which works out to almost exactly £25 for a 100 mile trip.
