Come on Alex, behave yourself

Hughes gets Man of the Match for playing 11 minutes of football ?

I'm all for differing opinions when it comes to these ratings, but that's just silly

Walker 6 - not much to do but crucially kept us in the game at 1-0
Maybury 7 - our best defender by some distance at the moment
Stewart 5 - why does he stop 3/4 way up the pitch every single time
Dabizas 4 - he thinks his ego will win the ball
Heath 5 - makes me very nervous, sorry but should be in a division lower
Gillespie 7 - super new improved better formula Keith
Tiatto 5 - put the mask back on
Gudjonsson 4 - seems to work hard with no end product
Williams 6 - energetic and made some good forward runs
Connolly 6 - high work rate and nice touches but how many shots did he have?
Scowcroft 3 - lame excuse of a striker, give him a pint of what Gillespie's on

Subs:
Nalis 2 - Zut alore! (sp)
De Vries 7 - hope you are making notes Scowcroft
Hughes 7 - should have been on from half time

Yes Homer, Hughes gets my vote for simply providing a glimpse of what may come, his touches and organising looked better than any midfielder I have seen playing in the colours this season. The only good point to take from another lack-lustre Coty performance was, in my opinion, the quality of his 10 minutes, so I will not 'behave myself' - I stick by that pal.

Walker 7 Reliable
Maybury 6
Dabizas 6
Heath 5 At fault for goal, not strong enough generally
Stewart 6 Crossed for the goal, but shaky at the back
Tiatto 6
Williams 6
Gudjonnson 6
Gillespie 7 One of his better games
Connolly 6
Scowcroft 5 Donkey as usual

Nalis 5 Looked to slow at times
Hughes 7 Looked bright and caused problems
De Vries 6 Struggled to make anything happen
