Again surprised by the ratings for Hughes, but I suppose it's hard to change mass opinion.

TBH, I find this sentance mildly patronising.

Hughes was shite yesterday, in fact he was worse than dreadful. I personally judge people on their single appearance and I'm sure most people on here do.

If I was to vote for Hughes's player rating for the whole season it would be even less. Not mass opinion, it's mine, it just happens to be most other peoples as well because it is the general consensus that he is shite

I wasn't there yesterday so cannot judge, but I really am amazed at the dip in form from him, reallu surprising. He looked superb at points last term, now looks lazy and languid. He, like a few others, need a bit of time out of the side to work out what they want to do. He has the talent, I've seen that, but pedestrian performances - as of late - are only being tolerated due to our injury situation. Bring back Williams, and we may srart seeing the old Hughes return when needing to fight for his place.

i thought he played really well first half, he Maybury and Sylla worked well on the right in the first half, but i agree in the second half he was worse than dreadful.

I though he played well in the first half. He was better than Stearman. A couple of times he did some nice turns and went past their midfield. He wanted the ball and often picked it up from defence. Cleary the lad has to play an absolute blinder to get even a 6.

Surprised by some of the midfield ratings considering we are really the pits in that region, did'nt realise we had a left flank for the first 15-20 mins, thought Fryatt was yards off the pace and overall as a team we are nothing to write home about. dont get carried away with Hume(our best player) dont think he will be here much longer somebodys bound to notice his effort and skill.

Glad everyone rated sylla highly he didnt do bad to day, looked a little off the pace at times but then that could be said for most of the team tbh. At least you lot are not like the twat that sat near me that blamed sylla for everything that didnt end with the ball in the back of the net. He told sylla he was shit when he didnt reach a pass superman would of struggled to get to before the argyle defender. Mind you this lad summed himself up when he went "wow, if we had sheehan and mcauley playing instead of kisnorbo and johanson we would have an all irish defence!" TWAT.

Sylla was responsible for both goals as well. He put Hume through for the first with a well placed ball into space, and his 50 yard lob to Hume resulted in a pass to put Porter through. Two good pieces of ball work from him

We should all back Momo after all he is our bet option at wide right so i guess he will be given a good run in the team, he has the ability to be very good in this league..he could be one of the 3 or 4 players our team is lacking at the minute.

Played very well in the first half, faded a little in the second but kept on trying to the end. I think he may have tired a little towards the end due to having played so few games this season.

I find it irritating when he doesn't chase down loose balls. There was one ball that was heading out for a goal kick, if he had chased it down he may of forced a mistake/clearance from the defender.
