I got an email saying my eticket was no longer able to be provided as an eticket.

I told them I couldn't accept it and then the eticket arrived an hour later.

Mine is still showing "Order confirmed" - should be showing "Shipped" by now. The specialist customer support team are apparently aware of the situation and working on it. ****ers!
