Had to because I think we should play a Centre Half up front because other than Hume our Strikers are woeful and Kisnorbo would give us a bit of prescence upfront in the air.

True he would give us 'presence' but he can't kick a ball in a straight line

Scored a fair few with his head though.Wondered how long it would be before the Kisnorbo backlash started

Can see your point, but won't happen - even if it did it would be Stearman at RB and Kenton at CB

Anything other than that useless git

He's a solid defender no more no less, when he was tried as ball player in central midfield he was absolutely pitiful. He has plus points - bravery, strength etc, but even Steve Walsh had better feet.

He's a decent player, nothing more. Good in the air. Distribution/control woeful

But in our current squad it's more than useful to have a decent player, when most of those around him are a sack of shite

But he's a threat in the air, more than Fryatt or Hammond and COG is in Rk's bad books.Something needs to change because other than Hume our forwards are woeful.

That was the reason for using him up front

Previous games have seen McAuley as a desperate centre forward late on in games

Can't see 'Nice Guy, Great Coach' Kelly going with that option from the off somehow

would it be against the rules to graft Levi Porter onto Josh Lows shoulders to create a kind of Peter Crouch / Frankenstein type player

Adi Akinbiyi trev benjamin

We signed both players for the Premiership. When clearly they thrive at lower levels, there is promising and then there is proven at a level. Its funny because before we sign Ade he was never picked up by a Premier club but he had been banging the goals in at lower levels.

Trevor Benjamin has never 'thrived' except possibly on a trip to specsavers.

Both better than Hammond IMO

We should really have let Hammond have his loan spell with us first before making the decision as to whether to sign him...

£300,000.00 spent on a striker that doesn't ever strike a ball...Levein has to hold his hand up on that one.

In hindsight you may be correct, at the time two other clubs were trying to sign him, so I think CL made the decision.
