I know people who genuinely believe that a bit of lettuce makes their three Big Macs and large fries a healthy meal.

As a point of interest, does anybody know about those straps that the players are wearing in the training sessions with, what looks like a mobile phone holder between the shoulder blades.

I am guessing that it is not so that they can keep in touch with their twitter accounts, and wondered if it was some form of computer tracking to show who has done what....

I haven't seen the pictures, but I know they often use heart rate monitors in training.
