I'm not sure why so many people are predicting Doncaster to go down, they were on the verge of the play-offs last season until they had a horrendous injury crisis.

I reckon there's more chance of them making the play-offs than there is of them being relegated (though I very much doubt either will happen).

Yep.

And maybe 'turmoil' is over-egging the pudding, but the Hammers and Birmingham have troubles to overcome this season and need to hit the ground running to give themselves any chance.

Having seen all of these predictions coming in (thanks everyone - keep them coming), when d-day arrives i will compile a list of all the favourites and how many people voted for each of the categories and which teams received the fewest votes in each category just to see how it is panning out.

I will also (perhaps) produce points at the 23 game stage of the season if anyone would be interested?

Tough one to call again, I genuinely think the league gets better every year. Leeds, Forest, Hull, Cardiff all in with a shout of play offs again though I think Forest and Cardiff look weaker than last year at time of writing. As far as we are concerned, I think we look better on the whole than last season although we've lost Yakubu's goals an I don't think we've realy managed to replace him with someone of equal capability yet.
