I wonder how many companies don't bother checking their letters before they send them.

I recall a discussion that I had with Arsenal fans during our game at their place some years ago. It was the season that Alan Smith signed for them but was allowed to stay with us until the end of the season. Their fans at the Clock End were regularly having trouble with the police; every time a goal was scored several of them would be arrested/ejected for no clear reason. The fans' term for the apparent offence was "being in possession of jubilation". In the event I had ample opportunity to witness the fact that what they were saying was true with them putting four (I think!) past us and the police over-reacting each and every time.
