Yeah it's crap, mine last about 10 weeks.

Although i haven't put any weight back on. Think the industrial weighbridge must be fckd :081:

I have plans to run the 2010 London Marathon.......

Diet is currently Alpen Bar, 2 Cups of Tea (no sugar), 1 sarnie with loads of fruit and water, dinner, fruit/yoguert and then all feck all.

Ive just nailed half a pack of Cadburys Digestives.

I think he bought in DJ Campbell for £5000, which isnt too bad, look where he is now (maybe not playing much, but still, wouldnt turn him down at city).

Also maybe he got Sam Sodje on a free (think i could be wrong about that though, he could of already been there).

I had a curlywurly, mars bar, creme egg, 4 finger kitkat and a boost bar last sunday, after the roast dinner.....

You need a reward every now and again...

I would imagine some new signings could be announced and just refering back to Boc's post earlier in reference to TNBD, could it be his impending departure :102:

I don't know...all I was told was that there would be other announcements. It could just be something trivial but the person I spoke to stressed 'other' as though to suggest it might be good.

If it isn't don't worry I will kick their arse.
 
Hendrie has already stated he will announce his intentions today which would coincide and also heard rumour that Cresswell has been seen at the Walkers this week.
