Funnily I was just scanning and refreshed the OS page after your post and there it was.

Not sure about the whole thing but he gets my full support. I like his attitude and in spite of the speculation that he only plays one style of football I will reserve judgement. I am fairly convinced that down there (i.e. league 1 and 2) if you want to be successful you have to adapt your team to its strengths rather than trying to get shampagne football out of them...basically you adapt to suit your means.

Before I start with ridiculous predictions about how long he will be here for I would like to see what he can do with some cash and see what type of game he does adapt. I think we may all be pleasantly surprised.

I dont think MM will want the limelight taking off his man tomorrow.
 
Having said that I just read on another site that he had Junior Lewis as a PLAYER-coach at MK Dons.:icon_eek::icon_eek::icon_eek::icon_eek:

I don't think MM will want the limelight taken off MM tomorrow.

It will be very interesting to see whether TNBD has any part to play.

I don't get this thing about him only knowing how to play one way blah blah.He's 41 hes a young Manager still learning his trade he may very well learn how to get his Players to play in a different way in time.Its no different to a Young Player getting better with experience.I could understand if he was 50 and had lots of Managerial experience and was only playing long ball but he isn't
 
Hope he is asked the questions we want answers for:
1.what formation /style are we going to be playing?
2. what players are coming in?
3. How much have you got to spend?
4. Are there any imminent departures?

he would be able to answer 0 of thise and i certainly wouldnt want him to openly discuss Q1 and Q2 and Q3
 
ive always liked martin allen as a bloke but i dont know what he is lyk at bringing players in and was wondering if anybody has any thoughts on whether he will be good with milans money.

From what I remember a lot of the top teams, Birmingham and Derby, bothed played alot of hoof ball when they came to the Walkers this season.
 
just glad all the speculation is now over and we can get on with re-building the team. Whether MM has made the right choice only time will tell, but we have to give the manager 100% backing.
