I think things are as bad as they look, true a couple of wins will change the picture, but there are fundemental problems that won't be resolved by 6 points.

I can only assume that the team motivated themselves in the Spurs game, Prem side, on the telly, FA cup etc. I see no evidence that CL prepares his teams to scrap their way out of trouble, and thats the only way to get out of this shyte. The team seems to have little passion, desire, or a will to win whatever the cost. CL's public demeanour is so placid that its hard to picture him firing the lads up for the fight. Someone has got to do this of he can't.

We don'y bounce back, we don't grind out results and we give up the ghost far too early.

Losing is bad enough, but losing because we don't try hard enough is nigh on unforgivable - IMO.

heads went down as soon as they scored and we never looked like scoring after that noone gave a toss...they should be ashamed after that...no pride on the pitch

does he know what he is doing??? saying theres no way we can go going down isnt an option is just bollux :icon_roll weve had plenty of bad results to give them a kick up the arse they must be liking it too much

Vixen, I think you've misunderstood me. What I mean by it isn't an option is that we totally and utterly cannot go down. I know that it is possible that we can be relegated but we can't be relegated - please no, no relegation, please? Do you see what I mean now Vixen?

erm.......nope

I don't want us to go down so much that I am in a state of denial about our situation. Any clearer?

The answer is this. There is no point in sacking Levein now. I still have some faith that he knows what he is doing. With a fully fit squad we will start to pick the points up. There is no way we can go down, it is not an option. This lasted bad result will be the biggest kick up the arse the team will have had so far and will result in a high-octane performance in the next match - and 3 points.

Keep positive lads - conceding to relegation is not what us foxes are about - Foxes Never Quit.

I wouldn't doubt that there will be an improved performance on Saturday and I think we should win that game.

Unfortunately, the overall traend under CL is down, down ,down and even if we win next Saturday, i wouldn't have thought anyone now believes that there will be any sustained improvement under a dud manager.

Maybe the players should be told as it stands the reserve team is playing in next round of FA cup and you all need to earn your place to play in that game.

To a large extent CL has got away with the fans fury so far. Maybe the bigger picture of trying to rebuild a side from the mess he inherited, maybe the clubs delicate fianancial position since administration as spared him thus far. But i can't believe that defeat against Cardiff on Saturday can result in anything less than a major protest against CL. Might not be on the same scale as MON( Sheff u ) but if this forum reflects the average fans mood then the fat lady must be loosening up.

The absolutely essential thing is that somehow the board need to scrape together enough money to get an experience / senior midfield player in ASAP, beg borrow or steal I don't care.

If only we could get someone like Kavannah at Wigan.

Best payer IMO to play at the Walkers last season, looks a right hard nutter as well!
