Point of my post was the board don't necessarily act or even make decisions immediately after the final whistle.
we still haven't officially confirmed Top as Chairman, think it was the mercury the other day that said we are waiting until after the Cremation

I'm not convinced a chairman is needed to remove a manager. Presumably there's still a hierarchy in place that determines who is responsible for what. Or are some duties simply suspended for the time being?

Susan Whelan could sack him, obviously
Susan Whellan quoted in the Irish Post "My background is not football so I do not get in any way involved in team selection, tactics, or negotiating transfers. We have a wide range of dedicated specialists and the manager, who do that."

The simple truth is that us fans didn't know who had what particular powers and responsibilities before the West Ham game, and we are certainly no wiser now

on the list of priorities that would be ahead of Puel.

the most senior football person on the board is Rudkin, not sure he could sack the manager without approval from above though

If basically the same board at Leuven could sack Pearson, LCFC can sack poo hell

yes but as much as you want to make out we are in crisis we aren't
Mate how long do you let it go on for? Until it is mid next season, half the team have gone, the rest are utterly demoralised, we are in the bottom three and the massive loan we just took out guaranteed against PL revenue is suddenly a very ****ing massive threat to the club.

Is that an immediate enough threat?

This is going nowhere. I run a business that employs just over 100 people... if it doesn’t work you change it quick. One demoralised soul is cancer.

On MOTD they have panned Puel for Vardy decision and cannot understand how the players we have got are not performing better.

The answer is the joke of a manager.
