MdV may be slow, but he still looked more dangerous last night than our other 'strikers'.

Don't know what makes you think O'Grady is doing well, he's scored three goals in eighteen games this season, playing two divisions below ours.

Apologies I thought he had more. Will research more next time! Either way I think giving the youth's who have a passion to perform could be a good idea. If i was a player at the moment I would have no respect for CL. He give players like Maybury & MDV an automatic place no matter how badly they perform. How p*ssed off must Hughes be sitting on the bench when muppet Kisnorbo is made captain!

What good will it do changing the manager now?

The majority of the most successful managers have taken a few years to get their team playing the way they want. The likes of Ferguson, Curbishley, W*rnock, Coppell would have been sacked from their current jobs before having any success if the fans had had their way!.
Changing the manager every year doesn't help, we've got to let the young players we have now develop as a team, I'm sure they'll get better.

Fully agree with you webbo. The only problem I had last night was with the substitutions. Sylla should have come of at half-time,what a waste of time. I think he doesn't like the cold weather, doesn't get his blood going. Also thought it was a good opprotunity to bring on Hume and attempt to kill the game off.

Our "top goalscorer" has 6 league goals, they were all scored in four games! He's no better or worse than Hammond on the pitch, he looked slow and second to the ball every time last night. Smith kept putting through balls through that MDV just couldn't read and those he did he didn't have the pace to react to them.
Put Hume up front give the lad a chance. Maybe even try a youth with him, I wont go on about TW cos everyone seems to hate him, but Chris O'Grady is doing well and hasn't been given a chance. Drop MDV, we do not need a big man, he doesnt do a big mans job. Aside from being slow, he cannot place a header and he is as weak as a fart.

As a Goalscorer of course he's better than Hammond.De Vries as scored 8 this Season,Hammond as scored 1,that makes De Vries better IMO.I take it the O'Grady thing was a joke, what do you class as 'Doing well'.Understand your frustrations but dropping your Top Goalscorer when you are short on Goals isn't the wisest move.Maybe you should try looking at the 2 Muppets hes had partnering him in Attack for the last 2 matches

Maybe he should feck off back to Guinea, they say the weather is hot over there.

Wasn't a joke, I'd heard he was doing well, apparantly not so I'll scratch that comment!

Yes MDV has got more goals but I think it's time to look at more options. Hammond IMO is out of position. He looks far more dangerous on the wing. He gives MDV game after game yet swaps Hume and Hammond (and now Dublin!) in and out every game. How will anybody build up a partnership!?

I am prepared to give MDV more time if he looks half decent. If he wasn't scoring but looked like he offered something I might feel different. But he cannot hold off a player, hes too weak, he cannot pass, he cannot head and he cannot read a game. Muppet IMO

He's move south from Glasgow, maybe if he keeps moving further south he'll find a warm home. Fancy thinking he was going to be any warmer at City than in Scotland.

But he can put the Ball in the net.Hammond is indeed better playing far out on the Right...far out right on the Aylestone Road.

Hammond couldn't hit a bard door. I didn't go last night, but the amount of time Hammond was off-side was winding me up something rotten even on the radio!
I agree that Hume should be given an extended run in the side. But would play MDV and Hume up front.

OK, remove the word fact from the sentence, I still think it's gonna happen. Based on the past few performances I do not see us being able to beat a team.

Ok last night wasn't disappointing, but Watford are a good side. 3rd in the table and we've taken 4 points off them. I think we've got far more chance of beating teams like Watford (and dare i say Sheffield United) than we have Burneley, purely because of the negative men behind the ball tactics that they play. we're not inventive enough to break teams like that down, but when a team comes and has a go it leaves spaces at the back and more opportunities for us going forward.
Or am i just talking rubbish! (no need to anwser that)

don't think he was offside for his disallowed goal though!

for once he actually checked his run and waited for the defence to move backwards....i certainly thought two of their lads played him on.

I certainly agree with that, I thought he was given a rough decision a couple of times, especially when Smith pushed one through for him to run onto, as well as the goal.

He must have been off-side. If he'd been on-side he would have put it wide like he always does when he's on-side.

Yeah - looked like that for me too - from the Kop!

I think you're being unfair, his shooting has been much more accurate recently - he just doesn't get any pace into his shots so they're more like back passes.

Damning through faint praise?

I'd hate to hear your thoughts when your in a negative mood.

Me? Negative?

I just report the facts (except as where corrected by Webbo)

Have your well documented family problems caused you to lose focus ?, and Craig is the only reason you are manager here at Leicester due to the fact you wanted somewhere to start a new life with your bit on the side ?
