you can play the shows after they air, is there a streaming to mp3 program anyone has used?

i could try and search for the shows on the news groups, but why anyone would religiously post the Essential Mixes etc....doubt they would

You can capture live radio broadcasts. Let me do some digging i used to use a program but i can't remember what it is right now.
