Really excited, just let out a bit of wee :icon_lol:

In all seriousness, if there are other potential investment avenues, say from City fans such as David Wilson or Martin George would supporters prefer to support a bid from these type of individuals or Mandaric, hypothetical question ???

Milan Mandaric's Blue and White Army!

Just think. With as little as 500,000 pounds of investment we could train Josh Low to kick the ball straight!

Already unrealistic expectations of what MM will be able achieve at the Club. ;)

i dont care who it is as long as they are willing to invest money into the playing squad

Depends how many interests are firmed up & what type of investment it is (100% takeover or say non majority % shareholding as 2 examples), therefore what decision the board & then shareholders face. Too early in the process to guess

In other words if they get say an investment of £5m for a % shareholdoing enough to buy in a couple of players and keep the fans sweet, they can reject a substancial bid for total ownership and keep control of the old boys club for themselves. We will still have the stadium bill rising each year and no prospect of ever getting back to the Prem......

For me it would have to MM, I'd share Webbos concerns about letting any T,D or H put in a load of money and destroy the club. MM has experience, he has seen it all before and know the pitfalls.

Should MM fall through then I'd welcome careful investment from elsewhere. A fool and his money are soon parted

The reason I ask this question is quite simple :

If Mandaric invests and takes ownership then the potential for the club is massive however so are the risks, look at his age, he has no affiliation with the club, what happens if we cannot achieve his ambitions, what legacy / millstone could / would he leave ???

If a fan such as Martin George or David Wilson invest IMO the risks would not be as great as the investment and expectations of the club would be managed to secure the long term future of the club, however this could reduce the potential opportunity for success.

My question is as fans would you prefer to ride the Mandaric rollercoaster regardless of the risk or side with the safer long term investment of a fan but to the detriment of the potential that can be realised.
