it's one of those places that has various routes you can take. The M40 off at Wycombe A404 then pick up the A4 into Reading or follow the A404 to the M4 is the route i normal take. I have also done the A34, M4and also M1, M25, M4. milage w*s* there's not much in it

Any idea what my mileage is? I'm going by coach to Milton Keynes, getting a bus to Oxford then another bus to Reading.

Ha. You're foolish forgetting the monster munch connect. School boy error, so I'll forgive you, but the 2:15 from just around the corner drops off at beef hula hoops....has this been done to death yet?

The way I've always done it (when travelling between home and Loughborough/Leicester) is M1, A43, M40, A404 (and then M4 as you say to Reading)

Done it plenty of times, and I've found it to be much quicker than other ways, and my friends who live round Wycombe all find that the quickest way too. Just not sure of M40 to Reading bit to be honest, but the rest is the quickest way south
