That's down to the ref to make sure he doesn't sneak an extra inch or two.

He made it right the first time and couldn't be arsed the secind. Still ,as good a free kick as it was, it could've been easily dealt with.

Anyhoo, I'm might go and have a look at the ratetheref website see what people think about Mr. Webb. I'm not hopeful!
