OK it works like this : local scouts visit schools locally and sometimes not so local ,football teams mainly one that play in Sunday league under 7-13's and so on ,once they are scouted they get an chance to show what they can do over a few weeks ,then move into the development team where they start to learn our much loved game ,every now and then you'll see on the os try outs where you can take your kids along for the coaches to have a look at them ,also there are summer/half term course which your kids can go on and if they are good enough they could be asked to come to us too ,if anyone dose know of a player/s that city could have a look at, youll need a fair bit of info on that person ,you need name age Addy phone number ,a full fixture list home/away ,position they play best in and so on .

i broke my back in the army alot of years ago now and could'nt work i got so fed up i started to look at footy coaching at school level (which i still do ) then meet a few lads from city one afternoon when my team played the Development team and it started like that ,its part time work
