Nice to see us getting our money's worth out of them there hungarian lads :038:

Have Sappleton and Hellings now been declared officially dead, or are we still awaiting a full and final coroner's report ?

Did the other one play last night?

If he did I didn't notice him.

No - the other one will be playing at Morecambe. It was the other other one who played last night.

If I do go it will be mainly because I've not been there before, It's the closest English league ground I've not been to.

150 miles for a reserve game does seem to be just a little bit sad though, so I've not made my mind up yet.

I bet he goes!

Why is it surprising to see players who were bought to cover for first-teamers playing for the reserves?

No. They were bought to cover the covering players.

Drummond fires Reserves into final
Morecambe Res 1
Leicester City Res 0
A HEADER from Stewart Drummond saw Morecambe secure their place in the Pontin's Holiday League Cup final.
Drummond beat former Celtic keeper Rab Douglas to Michael Twiss's right wing corner to head the Shrimps into the final in their first season in the competition.
Against a Leicester side that also included the experienced Radostin Kishishev the Shrimps produced a resolute performance.
In a game of few chances Paul Lloyd was the first to come close with a 17th minute shot that Douglas parried before Drummond's follow-up was blocked.
At the other end the Foxes skipper Billy McKay saw a clever chip beat Shwan Jalal but come back off the crossbar.
The second half produced few chances until Drummond's header sealed the contest.

Reserve team coach Gerry Taggart said: "The lads put in a really good performance in very difficult, blustery conditions.

Really good performance? We lost to fecking Morecambe FFS.
