If Waghorn had scored 3 would you think the same? I don't see the difference.
No I don't think Schlupp should go straight into the team thanks to Waggy scoring a hattrick :icon_wink

Deary me... you sound like the complete imbeciles texting and phoning in to BBC Radio Leicester now actually suggesting we don't need an additional striker.
Final 10 minutes vs. Reading? Maybe.
Views on Le Fondre now? Sounded like he was putting himself in the window to me.
Millers bitten by Foxes in cup

CHAMPIONSHIP outfit Leicester City proved too strong as they put the Millers out of the Carling Cup with a second-half blitz at Don Valley Stadium tonight.
A hat-trick from Academy product Jeff Schlupp, making his first-team debut, helped seal a 4-1 win for Sven-Goran Eriksson’s visitors.
The Millers dominated the first half and took a deserved 13th minute lead when Adam Le Fondre’s low cross was turned into his own net by Matt Mills, the Foxes’ new £4 million signing from Reading.
The lively Le Fondre and midfielder Danny Schofield nearly doubled the advantage before the visitors drew level against the run of play on 35 minutes with a glancing header from Paul Gallagher.
Schlupp seized on a mistake in the Rotherham midfield to make it 2-1 seven minutes into the second half and then headed home for 3-1 before rounding goalkeeper Andy Warrington to complete his hat-trick on 71 minutes.
Millers: Warrington, Marshall (Tonge 46), Newey, Raynes, Cresswell, Harrison, Schofield, Taylor, Pringle (Evans 66), Le Fondre, Grabban (Holroyd 46).

Teenage striker Jeff Schlupp scored a debut hat-trick for Leicester City as the Foxes came from behind to comfortably beat League 2 Rotherham in the Carling Cup.
Schlupp, an 18-year-old German youth international, struck three times in 18 second-half minutes to complete an impressive City comeback, after a Matt Mills own goal had rewarded a bright start by the hosts at Don Valley Stadium.
But Paul Gallagher's header 10 minutes before the interval broke the Millers' spirit, before Schlupp, making his first competitive appearance, stole the show with his sensational treble.
It was a remarkable display of quality from the Foxes academy graduate, whose star has been on the rise following a brilliant loan spell with Brentford last season.
But his first appearance in City blue gave a strong indication that he could be ready to fit into Sven-Goran Eriksson's plans, with the debate surrounding the Foxes need for another striker still raging.
With four unavailable through international duty and plenty of players to give match time to, Eriksson's team selection was predictably varied from the Ricoh Arena.
Only Mills, Kasper Schmeichel and Paul Konchesky retained their places in the starting eleven, with debuts handed to Michael Johnson, Michael Ball and Schlupp - the youngster making his first Foxes start in a competitive game.
They found themselves up against a hungry Rotherham outfit from the off - Jason Taylor and Danny Harrison eating up empty space in midfield and the highly-rated Le Fondre breaking in behind at every opportunity for Andy Scott's men.
The hosts' threat had been apparent when Schmeichel had to deny Ben Pringle from a tight angle as the Millers midfielder tried to convert Marcus Marshall's deep cross on seven minutes.
But they were helpless to stop Le Fondre bringing about the opening goal six minutes later.
Ball's clipped delivery into Rotherham territory was banged back over his head by Taylor and Le Fondre was onto it, streaking in behind the City defence down the inside-right channel and screaming for support.
Lewis Grabban was the man providing it, bursting through the middle to offer a tap-in, and as Mills desperately strived to cover he could do nothing but turn in Le Fondre's low centre.
City had struggled to get going in the opening exchanges - a deflected Franck Moussa effort from Schlupp's searching cross the closest they came to a goal.
And they could have been further behind soon after the half-hour when Schmeichel saved superbly from both Le Fondre and Millers captain Ryan Cresswell. The flag was up for the first one, but the second from Cresswell was top-drawer.
Home pressure taken into account, it was obvious that one moment of quality from a man in blue could quickly change the mood.
Martyn Waghorn provided it 10 minutes before half-time, swinging in a wonderful free-kick from the right that Gallagher steered into the far corner with a well-directed header.
Schlupp turned on the edge of the box to bring a decent save from Andy Warrington a couple of minutes later, but the German youth international would have his moment after half-time.
Refreshed by a couple of changes at half-time, Rotherham came out quickly after the break and only a fine intervention from Matt Oakley at the far post stopped substitutes Dale Tonge and Chris Holroyd combining to scoring effect.
But then Schlupp took over, taking control of the game with his youthful combination of pace, power and finishing prowess. Rotherham had no answer.
From the moment he robbed Harrison halfway inside the Millers half on 53 minutes, the writing was on the wall. He ran straight at the heart of the home defence, veering left as Lloyd Dyer crossed his path and then angling a measured left-foot shot across Warrington, using an unwitting defender to un-sight the veteran goalkeeper and find the bottom corner.
It was a fabulous solo effort, but more was to come from the teenage striker. He looked isolated between two defenders inside the box 10 minutes later, but sprung incredibly to meet Gallagher's chipped cross and head down into the bottom corner.
And after showcasing both his individual brilliance and power in the air, he completed a fine treble with a poacher's finish 19 minutes from time - racing in to round Warrington and slip into the net after the Millers keeper had spilled Gallagher's long-range shot.
As if to show he is not merely a goalscorer, Schlupp tried to turn provided three minutes later, raiding down the left to centre for Waghorn, but Warrington was this time up to the challenge.

What about Joachim, what about Heskey? They weren't too young!
Nottm Forest 2 Notts County 3 (Lee Hughes 98)
Did I say we did not need anyone else. I merely said that a player who has scored a hat trick deserves to start the next game. Please explain how this makes me sound like an imbecile. I'd be very interested to understand your logic.
3 good goals by Schlupp as well, especially the first and second!
No surprise that Gayle thought the third was the best of the lot then...
