That was my first thought, but in checking I found that MM and Frank Large only played 4 games together and none of them was against Leeds. If it is Malcolm Manley, then I'm wrong about eith er Frank Large or Norman Hunter or both.

Do people agree that it is Large and Hunter?

Doesn't look like him to me but, as I have said in answer to a previous suggestion, I don't know who it is so he could be right.

If the other two are Large and Hunter, the choice for the bloke in the background is:

Shilton, Rodrigues, Bell, Roberts, Sjoberg, Nish, Gibson, Large, Fern,
Cross, Stringfellow

(except it's not likely to be Shilton and Large features elsewhere on the photo.)

It's a white(ish) blob with 3 dots on it for eyes and a mouth.. and a mop of hair on top.. how the hell are you supposed to work it out?

Comparing it with this pic... Sjoberg (front Left) looks the closest blob with the ears in the right place
