Let’s see if this gets many replies.

He’s been with us for ages. He’s overseen the most successful period in our history. And always thankful for the part he played in that since he was appointed in 2014.

But has also been, imo, the biggest culprit in some terrible transfer dealings, a major part as to why our FFP issues are here, a relegation that absolutely could’ve been avoided, taking far too long to sack Brendan (if it was him who made that decision) that doomed us to a possible catastrophe, a cock-up with Cooper amongst other managerial appointments, stupid contract extensions and the list continues.

Should he be sacked and if so, are we, as a fan base, going to make ourselves heard?

For me, it’s a clear yes he should be sacked. I’d also add that he’s just got too many ****ing roles.

How can you be DoF for Leicester City AND OH Leuven AND Academy Director AND whatever he does for King Power’s polo exploits?

He’s stretched too wide and has his prints on everything. The problem is that none of it is working. If we want to belong in this league we have to start acting like we belong here. Proper personnel in proper positions. He should go.

Rudkin & Top appear to be very close. It can be good for the owner to be 'at one' with the employees, I think that that is beneficial to the club but it seem that Rudkin can get away with almost anything and not suffer consequences. Top seems to take Rudkins decisions without question, as Rudkin is the dependable man who knows the club, the players, the plans, the reasons, the everything about LCFC.

Rudkin may have a lot of knowledge of LCFC, but he is stale. He also comes across as a smarmy businessman.

Should he be sacked? - I would like to see him replaced, but I do not see it coming.

Note: There are a lot of 'seems' and 'appears' in the above - I'd love the club to be open and talk to the media at some point.

Sam Wallace summed us up very well in his Telegraph article the other week.

As a club, we are a backwards organisation run by two people - Aiyawatt and Rudkin. Nothing is done without one or both of them all over it.

There is no management structure at the club. Aiyawatt runs it by whim and instinct and Rudkin does what he's told.

Nobody else can make decisions. Even Whelan is now a sidelined figure. Any employee with any ambition is only here to bounce into a better set up elsewhere at the first available opportunity.

Nothing will resolve until Rudkin goes and Aiyawatt removes himself from the day to day decision making.

Nothing will make either of these things happen unless as a fan group, we turn on them both in sufficient numbers.

Shut your big fat gobhole - it’s got nothing to do with you

It's clear to me there needs to be a shake up in terms of how things are run. Also for what it's worth I don't believe it's Rudkin's fault that we were far too naive in getting rid of Brendan Rodgers - that has Top's decision making all over it, we know that from when we heard that Top wouldn't have sacked Ranieri but Vichai had the last word at the time.

Id be more comfortable with our ownership if we bought in a more experienced chairman who makes the decisions and just reports to Top for the final say.

....and Aiyawatt removes himself from the day to day decision making.

This was probably the biggest strength of Vichai, but Top isn't the same bloke.

According to his wife's Instagram, Top is currently on holiday in Japan with a very large group of hangers on - plus his new born children.

Nothing wrong with that in theory, but in this instance, it leaves everything in the hands of Rudkin, who as we all know, isn't qualified.

I can’t see him going anywhere for now.

Unfortunately should a relegation happen, the consequences will be blamed on the hierarchy but will obviously be too late.

They will swan off with their generous payouts and leave the club in turmoil.

I just think Rudkin was over promoted.

As has been said, he's been with us for ages and I've never heard the slightest rumour that ANYONE has tried to poach him (may be that's the solution....). That, in itself is reason enough to doubt his competence.

To play Devil's Advocaat (well, it is nearly Christmas), our youth team has been reasonably successful during the time Rudkin has been responsible for it (since taking that role in 2003 we've had Stearman, King, Mattock, Gradel, Schlupp, Moore, Chilwell, Barnes, Thomas, Choudhury, KDH, and McAteer either make a significant impact as a player and/or be sold for a decent fee, while Clucas, Knight and Bassey have had very decent careers without having broken through while with us) - maybe he should just concentrate on that.
