If only the clubs senior management had provided a single interview since 2016, we might know.
fair point I completely agree communication has been poor. all the rumours of players not being happy because RvN has dug them out shows the type of player we have here.

The last two games have brought into clear focus we have players who are not up for the fight. RvN is right to get stuck into them if the rumours coming out about a lack of desire and standards are true.

The manager can not be held accountable for the malaise we are in and sacking him would be futile imo.

A note on Buonanante, he is hardworking and has alot of talent, he does not lift his head enough and cannot see the pictures infront of him quickly. He reminds me so much of Perez just he is a better player physically.

Troy deeneys comments on Talk sport this morning were very interesting.

Have you been to grammar/vocab classes recently?

Plenty to improve on, but goddamn you’ve made leaps forward.

I can actually read your posts somewhat easily now.

I mean, “malaise” is not a word you hear or use everyday.

I’m not pretending to be some sort of grammar God btw, and I’m sure some smart arse will correct me on my spelling/grammar, but your posts are far better now.

I'm certain that big_mac will sleep soundly with your observations and totally unpatronising response to the post.

What did Troy say?

He’s not very good but ultimately there’s three things here

1. Squad is wank
2. Does anyone trust us to make a good appointment or an innovative selection?
3. We could do with avoiding spending anymore money

I think he must be close to going, either pushed or walk.

And I think it's obvious at this point that it's not working.

But as I said before, if we can't get Dyche then it's just another roll of the dice that's unlikely to work out any better. But at this point, maybe that's worth a shot...

The second point, absolutely not. When he was brought in all we wanted (given the absolutely horrendous squad) was someone better than Cooper. We've managed to get someone worse and the players just gave up today. The fourth goal was the most obvious but the other 3 give some belief that the rumours that the players hate him is correct.

3rd point is our biggest problem. Similar to the delay in sacking Rodgers.....we can't possibly afford payoffs for managers due to psr. But if a shit manager wants another Wout Faes on a 3,000 year contract then we'll just ignore the numbers and get the lawyers on it.
