When you look at that training video, you can see the intensity of the pressing and work.................just a shame it has not translated on the pitch on Saturday
It's all those that didn't play more than thirty on Saturday. They are also playing on a smaller pitch :D

Poor old Ruud has got a big job in front of him. At least we didn't leave it till after Christmas. I mean, that would really be locking the stable door, after the horse has bolted.
We haven't even got a horse.

Rudkin sold it for some magic beans ( or swapped it for Edouard )

On what fans can expect from his team: "A back four and working together. Off the ball, it is 4-4-2 and we look to pressure the opponent. It is about having a basic structure. I am not a romantic manager that puts style in front of results. We approach every game to win."

BN will be happy - ze system is not all that matters.

Sounds good. What’s seems a bit odd to me though, is that we’ve played with a back 4 all season and apparently will do with Ruud and yet, for the one game under a caretaker manager, we played 5 at the back? I would have imagined that there would have been some sort of conversation about what RvN wanted us to do when he gets started, so I’m surprised that happened.

Van Nistelrooy will link up with striker Jamie Vardy, who broke his record for scoring in consecutive Premier League games when he netted in 11 matches in row in 2015-16, on the way to winning the title.

"It's a problem, of course, that he broke my record!" said Van Nistelrooy.

"I told him straight away 'we have a big issue we need to get out of the way before we can even start together'.

"I think I beat him to it. Of course back in the day I made a tweet about breaking the record and wishing him well, and then nine years later - it's weird how things go sometimes."

New Leicester City manager Ruud van Nistelrooy says he was "astonished" by the amount of interest in him after his brief spell as Manchester United boss.

You and me both, Ruud.

Yes, but more importantly what did you think of his looks?

Well there is something.

I think he has a permanent beard. I know Maresca sometimes had one, sometimes didn't but I can't remember another manager who had permanent facial hair.

Am I missing anyone?

I was thinking it was a good job we didn’t have Söyüncü and Cooper at the same time. Imagine having Lord Farquaad and Shrek in the same dressing room.
