We've been printing the brochures this week for the Golf-North Wales clubs, the Ryder Cup logo is nicely placed so you can't not notice it.

Only heard of one of the courses though in the brochure.

My mistake thought it was every 2 years.

It is every two years. It used to be held in 'odd' years but the 2001 event was due to be played just after the 11th September attacks and was postponed to 2002. Since then it's been on 'even' years.

It was due to be played at the end of September and was postponed because it was 'inappropriate'. But the real reason was that the American players were scared of flying and they'd have found it difficult to raise a team.
