How gutted, just realised the disadvantages of being relegated...........went to look at Leicester Citys page on BBC teletext and we have gone...........they do not bother having pages for teams below the championship, nor should they, but it made me realise how shite we are, Doncaster have a page, we do not!!

Another proud LCFC moment for the scrap book..............

From the BBC Sport home page, click on Football, then My Club, and select any English or Scottish club from Prem to Conference, SPL to Div 2. They're all there.

To be fair if I was the owner of a large organisation the last email address I would use would be [email protected]/co.uk

It is nevertheless a valid and active address. All emails sent to it are read, all are available to the man himself and some are read by him.

Only good thing about this delay is no out-goings (or indeed transfer requests)

I wonder what conclusions we should draw from that?

At some point some of our allegedly 'better' players are going to move on this close season - but I question whether the delay is much to do with the manager vacancy.

Only good thing about this delay is no out-goings (or indeed transfer requests), not too bothered about incomings, keep our better players and we should be ok no matter who the new manager is (apart from Gregory!).

Gregory (on paper) is probably the best candidate. He has at least got a team to the top half of the prem and into europe, but he's not got much of a personality so we wont bother with him, eh ?

well people have got that over excited about ridiculous prospects like allerdyce and davies, noboby wants to see gregory, and i have a feeling that ince will say no to the job so i would settle for gregory, as long as it ends our managerless limbo!

cant rally see too many others getting very excited about him :icon_lol:

there are still better options than him, that would take the job.

Peopel like newell and Dave Penney.

I have a feeling Sanchez may be 1 of the 5 too. Though not sure about him either.

No one (quite rightly) is judging him on his personality, or lack of one

They are judging him on his truly appalling records at both Derby and QPR where his record was worse than any Leicester City manager of recent years

This is far more relevant than his time at Villa, which ended over six years ago

Agreed.

If you think about the records of managers you rarely find someone who has had a long since decent track record turning things round after years of failure.

Gregory appears to be a totally bust flush and it would make about as much sense to bring him in as Brian Little.

The club needs to move forwards not backwards. That said finding a promising up and coming manager who is willing to take on the mess that is Leicester City is not goin g to be easy. But it still needs to be done.

I'm not sure whether to cancel my Sky Sports subscription. Will we be on more because we are a Superforce and giant of a club in the wrong league, or will we be forgotten about and never on?

will deffo be on less, 6+ times last season which was more than some premier teams got, I believe forest and leeds had 2 or 3 times between them excluding playoffs of course. Usually league one is only on when the championship has a break.

Now I know, once and for all, that you truly are just a wind-up merchant. Well done, you had me fooled for a while, I wasn't quite sure, but you've given yourself away with this post.
What were you thinking? No crazy nutjob could believe that to be true!

Credit where it's due though, I've been unsure for a while about you.
