Correct. I found it mostly stuck-up tosh with the extremely funny moment.
American Gangster 7/10 Good film - watch French Connection and The Godfather before. Disappointed because with the ingredients it should of been better.
Off to the Phoenix on ma own Friday to watch Control. :icon_roll

Really? I mean i don't usually like comedies, i've never watched a film that has really made me laugh, but i thought this was really well shot, great story, great acting, really great film. Maybe even the best thing since Far From Heaven or even Mulholland Drive

Still haven't seen it, been meaning to for a while. But i don't mind if you like it according to a lot of people i have very pretentious, elitist tastes in films. If i told you 2001 was my favourite film ever would that give you an idea of where they are coming from :icon_wink

They weren't comments from himself but a fellow with him during a speech. He's got some barmy idea for 8 new arts universities around the World. In Berlin, his 'mate' mentioned about creating a new Germany and began to quote the Third Reich which Lynch agreed with. :icon_lol:
