This just about makes up for Ball, Moreno and Lamey being allowed to leave.

What did he overeat then?

"d" apparently.

Not sure what that is. Maybe he's loves alphabetti spaghetti, but is a bit anal and refuses to eat the other 25 letters.

Jeez, he's a young lad that shows promise.
Of course he's not the finished article, but give the lad a feckin chance.

There is no middle ground. He is either a 'legend' or a flop. Though to be fair no-one on here has said either of those.

Come on people, we sign a very young, promising player who proved to be a decent striker in League 1. No reason to complain about decisions like that. its really not like we paid 10 million quid or something....

He could be the new Heskey or new Collymore or get the hump and be the new DJ Campbell!

If we are lucky he could be as great as Tommy Wright or Eric Odihambo (sp?).. or even that Finnish lad that was going to be the next Gary Lineker

Every time I have seen him come on he has looked dangerous, direct running and actually turned us from an ambling, sideways passing mess into a threat.

Won't work all the time but that impact is great to have if we are looking to grab a goal for a win or draw later on in the game.

Schlupp has looked fantastic in the League Cup against League One sides and Cardiff reserves, but has looked a bit naive and lightweight in the Championship imo.

He has great potential if he can build on those though. Strength is something that can easily be worked on in the gym, hopefully he has the footballing brain to learn how to make better decisions as he gets more experienced against Championship quality defenders, some players (Levi Porter) never really seem to develop that though despite the potential. If he does, I reckon he could go on to play in the Prem, or certainly be a very good Championship player.
