If you had just clicked on the link in the email that was sent out then it was very straightforward.

I can't renew because our current seats are where the singing section is but keep getting emails telling me to renew before the deadline.
Everyone I know from SK1 has moved out now because they didn't want to enter the lottery to see if they could get the seats they wanted, we were offered 3 seats together in P block, in the ambulant disabled section (nobody in our group is disabled) or on the back 3 rows in SK other than the 3 seats that we did accept, availability for groups was seriously limited

I went back to the email of the 27th. I remember I clicked on the links in the email on that day and it gave an error. I clicked on it just now and it gave an error again. I tried it once more and it took me to the right page this time. Sorted earlier today anyway.

Been emailed today to say we can renew of current seats because we entered our interest for staying in the singing section so sorted

Yes, almost as soon as I wrote that someone told me they had received the email to say that you can now keep your seats, typical of the club to announce one thing then change their mind after a backlash. I'm happy enough with where we've moved to.

Don't you dare complain about the club, they give us a free beer and donut every now and again.

Holy shit, they are ****ing outrageous prices

Shower of utter ****s

Away games and odd returned allocations at home only for me I think. Absolute pisstake them prices.

Curious. How much of a hike is that generally on the previous season? How can an increase be worth the long tail cost of fan apathy/annoyance which has all sorts of financial consequences. It’s bad maths no matter how you slice it.

Tickets contribute such a relatively minor amount to the overall revenue of a club (our entire ticket revenue just about paid for Jannik Vestergaard by my maths) - eventually some enterprising club will do the smart thing and give them away - it appears we aren’t that club - which is disappointing.

No wonder they've put the prices up!

It's a 10% increase this year on what were already unacceptable match day prices.

I totally agree that ticket prices should be coming down, not going up. The club have made a very poor decision. I hope that the empty seats that are now inevitable will make them realise as much.

For a club that claims to get things right off the pitch, sometimes they are massively out of touch with the reality of life for supporters.
