My ST didn't arrive in the post. The club sent me an email saying they can print another one that I can pick up from 'Collections'. Does anyone know where that is? Is it the same as the matchday ticket office?

Yeah. Just to the right of the club shop there are a row of ticket points.

Thanks for this. I have followed the instructions.

Interestingly though, they won't allow anyone to buy these tickets until every other ticket for the match is sold first.

Therefore, I think the chances of actually selling them is very limited unless it's against one of the most popular opponents.

Same situation for me. I want to pass my OH's ticket to my brother in law but with an NFC ticket no chance.

I just did a Google and discover that Liverpool have NFC tickets too but unlike us they seem to have a scheme where an NFC ticket can be transferred to somebody else. Shame we are not treating our supporters as well.

I haven't got a ST, but I believe there is a QR code you can use? Surely you could screenshot this and send it to someone else (or print it out) and that would work?

It's quite difficult to think of anything our admin staff could do more likely to reduce attendance at our games this season than the ticketing prices and policies this season.

It's almost as if they really can't be doing with supporters and want rid of us.

Alongside a manager walking around with a face like a smacked arse, and a team that somehow manages to look both stale and scared, it's not really a pull is it?
