I'm routinely amazed at the fact people think it's 25 players that have turned to shit over the space of a summer and not the leader. Imagine the odds.

They were really shit before, he wasn't. The evidence is on his side.

A combination of a reversion to the mean and them thinking they've completed football. The former is fair enough. I can even accept a bit of the latter; an achievement like last season is bound to have some impact on mentality. I'm seeing an awful lot of complete and utter lazinesa though. And for that, they can **** off.

I just cannot believe that the manager has decided to instruct players to miss five yard passes, not move off the ball, stand static when being attacked, and not to press at all. He loved them for it last season. I'm just not having that he has decided it was all a load of shit.

I don't get why we still think long balls to Vardy is going to work. It doesn't. Stop the twattery. Please.

FIF will hate it but I'm still in the camp who finds Vardy less to blame simply because I can't see what else he can be done when the service and build up play is so abysmal

And he scores!!!!!

Now then - now then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you think he's asking them to do this? Why on earth would any manager ask players not to try? Or not to think? They've had too much and should have called it a day in the summer.
No. I think we look confused, we have no purpose, no system, no direction, no motivation. With the obvious exception of a couple of players who are now past it and the manager still can't see that BTW, are we really saying that players like Mahrez, Vardy and Drinkwater have turned to shit over night?
