why are people acting shocked that someone that has just come back from a long term injury picked up a soft tissue injury, it happens all the time? Shame he won't be available but it won't be too long before he is back

You can go down the rest route or try eccentric exercises i.e. squats, and lunges. There is no one accepted cure or treatment. It varies from person to person.

I don’t know, but don’t ask the expert medical team at LCFC, FFS, as they don’t know a ****ing thing, apparently

We also had no preseason and are playing a ridiculous amount of games.

Well obviously Ricardo got injured last season and Cags got injured at the start of this season after very little pre-season.

No. It is quite common for players to suffer muscle injuries when returning from a long injury lay off. Thankfully they are minor injuries.
 
Just a suggestion when we are attacking if we could have more than one player in the box it would really help!
Also if we have a chance to cross then do it, rather than looking to pass the ball back to scmiechal thus allowing their defence to reset.
If they park the bus move the ball quickly I do not care if some passes go into the stands just be brave and actually try to win the ****ing game.

Pro preoception works well, if you can build up to single leg lifts from a sit up to standing upright should strengthen your knee.
If not you may need a scrape

I hardly think getting into a tight situation is going to help is it, I mean really...
 
I can only assume that the plan for this fixture is determined the line up against Zorya. Anything else would make no sense.

Therefore, we can assume that Schmeichel, Evans, Tielemans and Vardy will come in to start and senior players that started on the bench will come in too:

Schmeichel
Fofana Evans Fuchs
Albrighton Mendy Tielemans Thomas
Perez Vardy Maddison

Bench of: Ward, Justin, Choudhury, Praet, Under, Iheanacho, Barnes.

The only one of the recovering injured that could be in consideration is Ndidi but I'd rather he get a full 90 on Thursday instead. I'm assuming Morgan, Soyuncu and Ricardo (and Amartey and Castagne) are unavailable.

Agreed, I think Thomas has been playing well and looks to get past our midfield he has a decent cross in him which will worry teams. Perez and Barnes will mean we will be playing with 9 men on the pitch, I would rather start with Under but if he is leggy from Thursday then I do not see any other choice.
 
Movement and desire. If we could be arsed to show those two things together it would be excellent.

Recently shown neither of those and without it we're absolutely wank
