i see your point in detracting from the forums but would be a good way of real time communication, there are some good points fans being able to arrange lifts, meet up points,
discuss latest fox news, forum bulletins, anyway just an idea where would the world be without them.

Probably in much the same location, to be fair. We may have wiped out entire species for food, for sport or by accident, altered our natural landscape beyond recognition for questionable aesthetic or practical reasons, travelled to another ball of rock that orbits this one for the dual purposes of furthering our knowledge of the universe and getting one over on each other, and killed each other in our millions for reasons more futile than half of Preston's fixture list, but we're yet to invent something that can change our distance from the Sun. Therefore I challenge your implication that the world would be elsewhere in the absence of ideas created in the human consciousness.
