We had 3 years of transition because of chopping and changing.

Premiership 1st year - adams brought over 11 players in and had basically a new 1st team
Relegation 2nd year - because of the stupid contracts given out the previous year the team had to be rebuilt again
This year 3rd year - change of management and armed with job of rehauling the team craig is now in his transitional period whcih we should give him 18 months for, up until next summer.

Next year ?? - If we stick with craig this will be his season to go for a promotion push as during the summer he should keep the bulk of his team and their will just be tinkering.

If we however changed manager then yes another 12-18 months transitional period so make your choice.

The thing that worries me, is that any player who performs well this season will be a target for other clubs. If Hughes plays as well as he has shown all season then he will be off. The only chance we have of holding onto the decent players we may have is to get promoted, or at least come close. If we come close it may be possible to convince players to give it another year, but if we are only mid table or worse, then they will walk.

I am pleased CL is looking to the future, but i feel he has got his balance wrong, how we do this season IS important. The fans satisfaction, and the effect it has on gates will decide his budget. how many season ticket holders will renew if the team are still a mid table championship side? i would guess less than this year. and with the parachute payments stopped, things could look very dire for CL if the team hasn't started to achieve its pottential.

Defences average age is 22, bad news!

In attack we have a striker who has never scored a first team goal! yes he is promising, and we have a player who needs to make the step up from a lower league. yes he needs patience. This would be great news if we had someone to score regularly NOW.

I Beleive Levien has neglected the immediate future of the club, and we may all suffer!

Look at his league record. Hes lost more games than won.

So have half the managers in the football league. I can't be arsed with arguing anymore, people are so short sighted. And seem to have very short memories.

In the end you are either behind CL and what he is doing or you are not,you can dress it up all you like. Some Leicester 'fans' aren't happy with him and our start to the campaign but these people seldom are.I really do wonder exactly what they want and I believe they are never happier than when they are moaning.Yeah its fine to voice our concerns but over and over and over and over again day after day?

So start a positive discussion?

i tried, it wasn't very active!

At The end of the day, whether or not we are happy with leicester city's situation at present is ineffectual, we cant change anything by posting here. but as long as the same topics keep coming up for discussion (there is ony so much you can talk about related to a football club) you will get the same thing over and over....... especially when the team isn't getting results.

Just hold your horses a minute, I at no stage in my post was calling for CLs head, I am, as alway`s 100% behind our manager and his team, I was merely expressing my views regarding the teams lack of progress in the year he`s been at the helm, secondly I will not be accused of being a "moaning" fan, I suggest you look through every post I have ever made and see how many are moaning or indeed negative in any way !!
