We were talking on the long slog back from Cardiff having watched a quite pathetic display, that almost a year ago a newley appointed manager was sitting in the stand at Ninian Park watching his new team play out a 1 all draw with a Cardiff side that included Earnshaw, Gabidon etc, he must have thought to himself I`ve got to completely change this team, bring in my own players, my own idea`s and take this team forward, well, a year on what if he was sitting in the stand at Ninian Park watching his new team get beaten by a poor Cardiff side with no decent players ? In my view we have not progressed one jot in that year, and before you start talking about ages, wage bills etc you must remember that I don`t give a tinkers about all that, I`m a football fan and I go to watch my team perform. to WIN football matches especially against crap like Cardiff and even more so at home, and this simply is not happening.

This time last year West Ham fans were calling for Pardews head. The board stuck with him. Look where WHU are now, and those fans that are now singing APs praises are probably some of the bunch that wanted him ran out of town.
Where would Man ure be if they had listened to their fans before Mark Robins scored that goal against the trees.

None of us know what is around the corner, but as mentioned before this is a transitional period for all concerned with Leicester City. The sweet smell of success that we had in the 90's is getting more and more like a cross to bare for whoever takes the reigns down the Walkers. Those days might return, but it might take a while and patience is something that we all need to show, although it is something sadly lacking amongst modern day football supporters.

Seems like we've been in this 'Transtitional period' for about 3 years now! Throughout our season in the Premiership everyone was saying "the squad just needs to settle! Give it Time". We Got Relegated. The Next season everyone was saying the Team is new give them time to Gel". We nearly got Relegated. This season its: "we got a young squad they need more exoeriance, they just need time to bed down" We've won 2 games all season.

Possibly because we've had different managers with completely different beliefs on how to play?

Of course, people that are moaning about being in a transitional period and can't see any light fail to see the irony that if (as some want, not all) CL goes, expect another 1-2 years of change with a new manager bringing in new players etc.

Patience people, because if you expect any new manager to rip an old team apart, bring in new players, change tactics etc and produce results within 10 games then you are in cloud cuckoo land.

Im all for Levein make us into an all-round decent team but its nearly knocking on a year hes been at the club. If you look at the League record, many teams would have sacked him by now.

Sacked him for what exactly? Finishing in mid table? Your having a giraffe mate if you really think that. The guy has had to rip apart the whole playing staff of the club. This team has only played 9 games together.
