Keep your powder dry until Duzza has been on,this is right up his alley

I have Pioneer and have had no problems at all.

YV if you have a Richer Sounds store near you, they are more than helpful, and all the HD TVs on show will have a HD feed to them so you can see what the picture is really like.

You'll have wait a while. He's drinking free beer on a sun-lounger in the Canaries. (Quite different from another of our number who has got belly-ache in rain-drenched Majorca!)

I love hearing stories like that, it really warms my heart.

And your response gladdened mine. It will be quite some time before my ribs stop aching!

Why? What you done to your ribs?

You made me laugh. It is not good for a man of my age and disposition to laugh so vigorously and so unexpectedly.

I hold you totally responsible.

I recently replaced my early Bravia with the D3000. Mostly because it has 3 HDMI sockets and early LCD's only had 1. You'll find the Bravia D3000 is generally accepted as the best LCD on the Market, its generally that or the similarly specced Pana. I paid just short of £600 for my 32 inch D3000 which is phenomenal value IMO. My advice is to stick with your idea of going with Sony and buy the best you can afford but do consider Samsungs if you can get better spec at the same price. Personally I'd avoid any other brands although Pioneer make excellent TV's but tend to be quite pricey. I very much doubt you'll be disappointed with. Bravia S.

Just for Beights - Dont buy LG.

From personal experience, I would agree with that. They are equipped with a timer that ****s unreplaceable parts about two months after the expiry of any warranty you have on them. No repair manuals available to repair shops and non-standard parts.

BASTARDS!!
