We were awful, absolutely dreadful, I think it was our worst performance this season. I think we had 2 half chances, Fryatt missed a decent chance, and I think it was Williams who hit a 25 yarder wide. Our midfield was poor, Tiatto was anonymous, Williams and Hughes were both poor, Porter didn't do too bad. Hammond again was dire, I hope Fryatt get shot rather than play against Sunderland. Kisnorbo and McAuley I thought had decent games, Johansson and Maybury were both poor. Henderson made 2 top class saves. All in all, a crap day.
I expected us to be outclassed by future Premier team, Southampton. Kelly's tactics were woeful, come back from the Marstons, when we went 2-0 down instead of going 4-3-3, 3 strikers are going to be unused with the ammo. Should of gone 3-5-2, but an extra midfielder on and then 10 mins brough on another striker.
It could be worse; you could also have tonsilitis. All in all, a crap day.
