and its usually from the same person, think he needs to see a shrink to understand why he gets so aggressive
Don’t sink to his level. Keep posting and ignore the WUMs.

Mind you, Silva in for Mendy? Jesus wept..... ;)

I miss Claudio.

as I have explained it would be a tactical change, that's the way of modern football.

Personally I thought Maddison struggled to get involved because we weren't hitting him as early, neither Mendy nor Wilf want to be that aggressive passer, playing it around between themselves and the CB's, Mendy was needed for his defensive skill against Wolves, I'm not so sure he will be next weekend, but of he does play then great

That js very fair reasoning.

as promised:

o Southampton lost this fixture 1-4 last season – their first top-flight home defeat vs Leicester since April 2000, and their heaviest home loss against them since October 1967 (1-5).

o Leicester have never won back to back away league matches at Southampton – this is their 40th visit there (W4 D14 L21 previously).

o Southampton have won just two of their 10 Premier League games under Mark Hughes, with five of these games ending in defeat (D3). Since their return to the top-flight in 2012, the only manager to win fewer games in his first 10 Premier League games in charge of Southampton is Nigel Adkins (1).

o Claude Puel is unbeaten in this fixture in the Premier League, avoiding defeat as Southampton manager in 2016-17 (W1 D1) and Leicester manager in 2017-18 (W1 D1).

o Southampton have won just one of their last 12 Premier League matches at St Mary’s – beating south coast rivals Bournemouth 2-1 in April (W1 D6 L5). Saints have also failed to score in four of their last six at home in the top-flight.

o Leicester City have lost their last four away games in the Premier League. They last endured a longer losing away run in the competition between September and December 2014 (7 defeats), which also included a 0-2 defeat at Southampton.

o Leicester City will be without the suspended Jamie Vardy; since the start of last season Vardy has scored 12 away Premier League goals, double that of any other player at the club.

o Since the start of last season, Southampton’s goalkeepers Alex McCarthy and Fraser Forster have each played 20 games in the Premier League, with McCarthy (5) recording one more clean sheet, although Forster has posted the better save percentage (69.1%).

o Danny Ings, who scored on his first start last time out versus Everton, is looking to become just the fourth player to score in his first two Premier League starts for Southampton after Ronnie Ekelund, Peter Crouch and Manolo Gabbiadini.

Leicester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho has scored more Premier League goals versus Southampton than he has against any other side (3 in 4 appearances).

Its nice to read all the arguments about who to pick, rather than who to drop. Obviosly if you pick someone, you have to drop someone, but emphasis on picking is great for the team.
I like the sound of the new signings and think they need a chance to show what they can do, unlike the last crop who were given virtually no chance in an under performing team.
Problem is (as with most of the premier league) how to keep so many players content, when they are playing so little football.

Schmeichel

Pereira
Maguire
Evans
Chilwell

Mendy
Ndidi

Albrighton
Maddison
Gray

Iheanacho

Surely it won't be anything different?

Jesus wept, not the snowflake. Nothing says internet big man like calling someone a snowflake.

If you were talking to someone at work or in the pub, you wouldn’t declare such a trivial opinion to be bollocks and suggest a ‘medication change’, I’m sure.
My my, what nerve did that tickle? And you think my responses are aggressive? I didn't ask for your input and I couldn't care less about it. The fact that you wanted to play good cop to show what a level headed, lovely little person you are was up to you and I treated it with the contempt it deserved. Let's just move on now, shall we?

5-1 Leicester. Tewley, Stringfellow (2), Shilton, Sinclair.
