Maybe we decided that we need to be more thorough in our medicals.

So we put him through strenuous tests and broke his back and then signed him anyway.

He’ll be okay. I had a back stress fracture once from doing too much running. Sorted itself out in around 6 weeks. Probably had it before he joined. We can’t have caused that surely.

Or of course it could be one of those things that has only manifested itself in the past couple of weeks, but the WOTS probably disagrees.

What a joke.

No doubt the usual ones will still claim there’s no injury issue at the club.

As if by magic…

I really, genuinely, don't think we have injury issues under this new regime.

At least, I've seen no evidence of endemic problems this season.

Conor Coady comes here and magically gets injured for the first time in his career.

Originally I thought it was a Rodgers issue, and it still might be, but I’m not convinced.

I think it's easiest to allocate blame for injuries over recent seasons in the following way:

100% Brendan 'I know better than medical experts' Rodgers.
0% Everybody else on the planet.

Go on then. How did the club inflict a stress fracture? I'll give you one go at explaining properly to prove your not just being all you-ish.

I think Rudkin went and stamped on Coady’s foot in that match where he got injured, the complete bastard

Definitely rotten through and through

Every team is going to get injuries. How does our number of injuries stack up against other teams?
