Do we need three goalkeepers in the 25, when one of them's gone out on loan anyway?
Might be a better idea to have an under 21 player as third choice. If we've not got one good enough I'm sure we can get Man U's sixth choice on loan for the season.
There's been talk of Moore going out on loan, so maybe he won't be in the 25.
Some of the other players from the development squad (Watson and Blyth from memory) are also too old to be counted as under 21s this season.

If we add two more midfielders (as seems the intention), I'd say that the odd man out will be Dean Hammond.

Surely Hamer doesn't count? I'd be surprised if James was included if they don't expect him back before Christmas. Maybe not even Hammond now we have Kate?

Possibly. I doubt we will bring in 2 though. Suspect we are looking at Inler OR Aranguiz.
When he went out on loan the club made it clear that he could be recalled if needed. But I don't think we could play him if he isn't named as one of the 25.
