The situation with him is clear enough. He either plays for us or goes back to Palace.
The only exception allowed is if he joins a league where the season overlaps, i.e. US starts in Feb/March.
Palace are happy enough with the current situation. So the only thing is if we or the players agent can get somebody to take him on in a league like the US one.
My guess is that we're doing the touting around of him because it's in our interest to find someone to take him. We'd still probably have to pay him to play for someone in the US.
It's actually Adrian Silva levels of incompetence from Rudkin this one.
