Of course he will turn into a very good player - most certainly if he goes to the Villa - which would be far better for him than for instance Charlton (a Leicester in the making, I'm afraid) or Sunderland (a graveyard for talent in recent years).

We used to be a club that was excellent at developing talented young players. Stearman is a young kid who has finished up being demotivated at LCFC.

The club needs sorting out all the way through. All this stems from inadequate leadership. It starts at the top in the board room. Until the position is right there nothing will improve. I wouldn't know to what extent Tim Davies sets his own style and to what extent he is a medium for the board, but the whole set up is not good enough,
