Kick off: 7:45

Tickets: Pay on the turnstile. £19 for adults, £12 for senior citizens & under 16s and £9 for under 11s.

Directions:
From Leicester: Take the A50 to join the M1 at junction 22. Leave the M1 at junction 24 and take the A50 to Stoke. You'll see the Britannia Stadium on your left.

Alternative route: Take the M6 to Junction 15, then the A500 to Stoke, then the A50.

The stadium is signposted once you get to Stoke.

Parking: If you arrive early there are several car parks close to the ground. You may face a 15 minute walk if you arrive later. If you park close to the ground it can take a while to get away after the match.

Trains: No trains to Leicester after the game.

Coach: Fox Travel coaches will depart at 5pm, priced at £13 adults and £11
The supporters club also run coaches to the match from Leicester, Hinckley and Loughborough.

Pubs:
Not many pubs close to the ground, it might be a good idea to stop for a pint on before you reach the city.

There's a Powerleague five a side centre close to the ground which has parking and a bar, which I've used before with no problems.

The fans: Stoke fans have a bad reputation - and it's well deserved. The Britannia Stadium is one of the few I've seen trouble outside in recent years, with Stoke fans (in Stoke shirts, not the normal hooligan uniform) fighting with the police in an attempt to get to away fans. This is after we'd beaten them 1-0 three seasons ago.
Expect to see a high police profile for this match, following the attack on Simon Royce following their defeat to QPR on Saturday.

I left home (Hinckley) late and thought the M6 would be too busy around Birmingham, so I decided to use the A5 and A51 instead. No problems with traffic and it took less than an hour and a quarter to get there - if the M6 was clear that would have been a bit quicker, but 20 miles further.

I parked in the five a side car park 2 minutes walk from the away end (turn left at the second roundabout, then first right). £4.50 to park. There were still spaces left ten minutes before kick off - but that's probably due to the small crowd, I've parked there before and it has filled up fairly early.
