Did you notice my little trick, I spread coats across the two seats next to me to prevent the programme sellers sitting there :icon_lol:

Pisses me right off, they're my seats yet just because my children aren't there they think they can have them, I'll teach the bloody scroungers :icon_lol:

Haha like it. I did notice them actually but I just assumed you were one of them oldies that like a blanket over his lap on a cold day :icon_wink

Utterly incomprehensible team selection by an absolute goon of a manager

And a lifeless performance to follow

Dire and dull in every way

Not sure it is incomprehensible I would have thought entirely predicatable.

Idiot manager - most of us knew it and we can only expect misery from him.
He had a choice between bringing in 'fresh' legs - except they are out of form usual suspects or sticking with a bit of brightness from last Wednesday. When he was whinging on about "lack of quality" in the last third of the field in the Villa game, I guessed that he was preparing his mind to make a bad choice today.

1 point at home; nil points away equals the path to League 1.

I know it means further instability but I'm sure there is no hope until Megson goes and then by some near miracle that Milan finds someone decent.

:icon_lol: I would, but I don't have any tartan ones, they must be tartan :icon_wink

Second half was a lot better, but only in comparison with the first.

Once Kish, Hume and Fryatt were on we looked a lot brighter and the team was exactly the same as the one that beat Villa - why not start with that lineup in the first place?

Because we are being run by a bunch of cnuts, and MM and Taggs.

The law of being a leicester fan isnt it? heroes against an almost full strenth villa and then a bunch of pathetic benders against a side that get shitter and even more vile each time i see them play, somehow we didnt win the game after a good second half performance but this happened against QPR; same shit side, same result, same bleak shit from the football club i'm quickley loosing faith in.

Megson is slowly learning who he should be playing and who he really shouldnt, no guesses who im talking about. As i said earlier today, stoke are a difficult side so my expectations werent high today. Am hoping for a better team sheet and better tactics against wolves.
I still await a first start for kaebi, and im getting impatient.

I thought Megson's side was well thought out. It fell down because the players he'd selected to do a certain job didn't do it. It's not Megson's fault that so many of the players he has to pick from are poo.

He made the right decisions at half time but the team seemed to tire rapidly after an hour. If they'd got the legs for it, Stoke were there for the taking.

The morons who were chanting everything negative that they could think of in the first half, helped nobody but Stoke.

I think Megson deserves far more respect than he seems to be getting.

crap 1st half a lot better 2nd half. cort was useless and by far the worst player on the pitch.

Megson will get the respect that he deserves!

Chambers was out of posistion, so i won't critisise him, but Megson is an idiot for putting him in midfield, he cannot play there.

May have been out of his usual position but he is still a professional footballer and should have done much better.

When I saw the formation, I thought at least we might play a more attacking game. But without any creative players in midfield you need the three up front to be able to create chances. That means you need movement and width from someone, and we didn't get that. We used to play the same formation under Brian Little - but it worked because we had players like David Lowe, Kevin Russell and Tommy Wright who would create space and give us width. I'd expect Campbell to have done that today, but he didn't look interested. Cort never looked like a threat, and I was surprised he wasn't subbed rather than MdV, who was also poor, but at least MdV looked like being able to bring other players into the game, and he won a few free kicks.

With no natural attacking player in midfield there was a big gap between the midfield and the forwards, which didn't help things either, but that improved in the second half, when Hume started playing behind the front two.

When I first heard the team I assumed Hume/Fryatt were injured/knackered, but they obviously weren't, it was the manager trying something different. I won't criticise him for that, it could have worked if the players had played the system the right way, but they didn't.

Disappointed with another negative substitution, at 1-1 we should have been looking to go on and win the game - so why bring Kishishev on for Cort, when Newton was on the bench?

He was outside the ground today signing autographs. Had his girlfriend (or sister?) and Dad (or translator?) with him. Flipping hell is he small or what!!

Im not sure why that is funny, but i suspect it is because it is sponsered by bulmers. :081::081::081::081:

i thought that too

Megson needs time to sus the players. Today he did some things right and hopefully he is a step nearer to playing the best players in the best position

When I first heard the team I assumed Hume/Fryatt were injured/knackered, but they obviously weren't, it was the manager trying to placate the fans following MM disasterous Q&A. I won't criticise him for that, it could have worked if the players had played the system the right way, but it was shit an they were out of position.

I agree.:icon_cool

No Levi Porter either...... For my money, he was excellent at Palace. He deserves a go on the wing.
