Since when did "making up the numbers" equate to "adding 26 extra games onto the league at the end of the season to try and stop Homer from winning" ??

What makes you think there are 26 extra games?

I would normally have only one game a day. But because I've got a few games with more than one game in the next week or so, I've added 15 games.

Throughout the season there have been several spells with no matches - totalling around eight weeks. If I'd put matches in for those eight weeks there would have been a lot more than 15 more matches to predict. So in reality I've still not included enough extra matches. Maybe I should extend the season to include the early June internationals.

The reason for this was nothing to do with who was top of the league - I just used that as a reason to wind Homer up!

If you were a decent prediction league team manager you'd just get on with your job instead of moaning about the officials.
