I know some will say that they are worse than me!

But I just wondered if anyone had any tips to help themselves turn off from work and leave it in the office.

Im getting very stressed at the mo with various things at work and its making me feel shit and also leading to a lack of sleep.

Any tips would be appreciated!

Walking helps,my GP told me it is very good for stress.Proven apparently
 
Walking releases lots of endorphons apparently,I'd imagine the same goes for any exercise though.Was going to go for a walk here today but its pissing down and blowing a gale
